Contract Withdrawal Form

The customer – consumer completes this form and sends it to the Trader only if they wish to withdraw, without giving a reason, from a consumer contract concluded by means of distance communication.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the purchase contract concluded with the Trader.

To verify the consumer, it is advisable to send the withdrawal form from the e‑mail address under which the customer’s order is registered.
